General Service Overview

National Air Technologies provides professional duct cleaning services for all variations of vents and ductwork. Inspecting the building, determining the requirements of the job and reporting back to the customer with the amount of pollutants and contaminates found as well as the required maintenance for future duct cleaning is the standard

General Scope of work includes:

• Source removal Duct Cleaning
• HEPA vacuuming of all associated returns, diffusers and exhaust fans
• Replacing all associated grills and filters, as required
• Providing openings and seal(s), where necessary
• HEPA vacuuming; all diffusers, registers and return grills
• Cleaning of Heating Cooling and Dryer Vents/Pipes
• Deodorizing and sanitizing all vents on request

NAT Products Used

NAT's Botanical Air Purifier

The Botanical Air Purifier used by NAT  has it's contents derived from grapefruit seeds and vegetables. The mixture is then diluted with water and tinted a pale yellow before it is sprayed. Some customers prefer not to use any anti-bacterial products, which is why NAT now offers this optional service.

NAT provides an optional anti-bacterial spray at $50.00 per home. The duct system is coated with an anti-bacterial spray that helps to disinfect and deodorize your ductwork. This product is applied as a mist at each register and return while the system is under vacuum, and then to the air handling side of the furnace. This product has been approved by Health Canada for use on various hard surfaces and can lasts up to forty-five days.
